  1. Introducere

Acest site este operat de DH Pro Atelier S.R.L. ( denumit în prezentul document „danielh.ro”, „site-ul danielh.ro”, „site” sau „Platforma DanielH.ro” ), o societate cu răspundere limitată, care este organizată și funcționează în conformitate cu legile din România, persoană juridică română, cu sediul social situat în Maramureș – România, Str. Cetatii, Nr.8B, Loc. Somcuta Mare, cod poștal 437335, înregistrată la Oficiul Registrului Comerțului sub nr. J24/513/2021, având cod unic de înregistrare 43948616, EUID: ROONRC.J24/513/2021, număr de telefon +4 0749525450,                         e-mail: contact@danielh.ro

Prezentul document stabilește Termenii și Condițiile de utilizare a Platformei Danielh.ro și condițiile de utilizare.

Vă rugăm să citiți cu atenție Termenii și Condițiile de utilizare a site-ului DanielH.ro și toate celelalte politici publicate pe acest site înainte de a efectua orice operațiune prin intermediul acestui site, deoarece conțin informații importante despre drepturile dumneavoastră legale, condițiile obligatorii și obligații din punct de vedere legal pentru utilizarea serviciilor ce vi le punem la dispoziție.

Dacă nu acceptați în totalitate și necondiționat toți Termenii și Condițiile menționate mai jos, vă rugăm să nu folosiți Platforma DanielH.ro și ar trebui să încetați imediat orice utilizare a Platformei DanielH.ro.

Făcând click pe butoanele „Acceptați”, „Accept”, „Sunt de acord”, „Înregistrare cont”, „Confirm”, dumneavoastră, compania sau entitatea pe care o reprezentați consimte să fie parte a acestor Termeni și Condiții. De asemenea, reprezentați și garantați că persoana care face click pe aceste butoane este autorizată să încheie acest acord.

Privacy policy, Politica privind Modulele Cookie, precum și celelalte politici sau documente la care se face referire în cuprinsul prezenților Termeni și Condiții Generali, fac parte din prezenții Termeni și Condiții Generali.

Prin utilizarea site-ului DanielH.ro, indiferent că utilizați serviciile puse la dispoziție prin prezentul site sau nu, confirmați și sunteți de acord că ați citit, înțeles și ați fost de acord cu toate politicile publicate pe acest site și cu prezenții Termeni și Condiții Generali.

Aceste pagini, conținutul și infrastructura acestor pagini și serviciile, sunt puse la dispoziția utilizatorului non-comercial, conform Termenilor și Condițiilor de mai jos.

Relația contractuală desfășurată între DanielH.ro și clienți persoane juridice face obiectul unor Termeni și Condiții speciali, conform regulilor aplicabile relațiilor între profesioniști, așa cum acestea sunt reglementate de Codul Civil Român în vigoare.

Fiecare client persoană juridică pe site acționează în virtutea calității sale de profesionist în relația cu DanielH.ro.

DanielH.ro își rezervă dreptul de a modifica în orice moment prezenții Termeni și Condiții. Orice modificare adusă Termenilor și Condițiilor vor intra în vigoare numai pentru accesările sau vizitele noi pe site, înregistrate după publicarea modificărilor respective pe acest site.

Astfel, vă rugăm să verificați secțiunea aferentă Termenilor și Condițiilor, înainte de fiecare operațiune, pentru că este posibil să fi intervenit modificări de la ultima vizită pe site. Vă îndemnăm să reveniți periodic la această pagină pentru a vă asigura că sunteți familiarizat cu cea mai recentă versiune a acestor Termeni și Condiții.

Puteți determina momentul când Termenii și Condițiile au fost ultima dată actualizați sau modificați, prin citirea mențiunii situată sub titlul „Termeni și Condiții Generali”, mențiune denumită „Ultima actualizare: … ”

În măsura în care există un conflict între acești Termeni și Condiții DanielH.ro și alte Politici prezentate pe site, Politicile suplimentare și speciale vor prevala.

Prezenții Termeni și Condiții se aplică pe prezentul site deținut și / sau operat de DH Pro Atelier SRL, incluzând, însă fără a se limita la site-ul pe care sunt postați Termenii și Condițiile precum și pe versiunile mobile ale acestora, rețele de socializare și aplicații ( numite în mod colectiv „Site-ul” ) dar și serviciile disponibile pe sau prin intermediul site-ului ( „Serviciile” ).

  1. Definițiile termenilor utilizați

În cuprinsul Termenilor și Condițiilor, noțiunile de mai jos vor avea următoarea semnificație:

„Comunicare Comercială” înseamnă orice formă de comunicare destinată să promoveze direct sau indirect produsele, serviciile, imaginea, numele ori denumirea, firma sau emblema DanielH.ro. Nu constituie prin ele însele comunicări comerciale, următoarele: informațiile ce permit accesul direct la activitatea unei persoane fizice sau juridice, în special pe nume de domeniu sau o adresă de poștă electronică, comunicările legate de produsele, serviciile, imaginea numele ori mărcile unei persoane fizice sau juridice efectuate de un terț independent față de persoana în cauză, mai ales atunci când sunt realizate cu titlu gratuit;

„Cookie” reprezintă un fișier de mici dimensiuni, în general alcătuit din litere și cifre, care este descărcat în memoria unui calculator ( sau altui echipament folosit la navigare online, cum ar fi telefonul mobil, tableta, etc. ), atunci când utilizatorul accesează site-ul folosit în scopul de a asigura o interacțiune mai rapidă și mai ușoară între utilizatori și site-uri;

„Date cu Caracter Personal” se referă la orice informații privind o persoană fizică identificată sau identificabilă ( „persoană vizată” ); o persoană fizică identificabilă este o persoană care poate fi identificată direct sau indirect, în special prin referire la un element de identificare cum ar fi un nume, un număr de identificare, date de localizare, un identificator online ori la unul sau mai multe elemente specifice propriii identității sale fizice, fiziologice, genetice, psihice, economice, culturale sau sociale;

„Link” înseamnă o referință, legătură, element de navigație într-un document electronic către alte părți ale aceluiași document, alte documente sau secțiuni din alte documente, spre care un utilizator este trimis atunci când accesează elementul de navigație;

„Listare” înseamnă acțiunea DanielH.ro de a-și publica în scop de promovare serviciile oferite pe Platforma DanielH.ro;

„Membru” înseamnă orice utilizator care își creează și înregistrează un cont pe site-ul DanielH.ro. Membrii înregistrați ai Platformei DanielH.ro pot fi persoane fizice sau juridice care doresc să beneficieze de servicii de personalizare oferite pe Platforma DanielH.ro. Un membru înregistrat DanielH.ro nu este un asociat, partener sau reprezentant al SC DH Pro Atelier .S.R.L. sau DanielH.ro și nu poate întreprinde acțiuni în numele SC DH Pro Atelier S.R.L. sau DanielH.ro.

„Utilizator” este orice persoană fizică ce acționează în nume propriu sau în calitate de reprezentant legal al unei entități juridice, care navighează pe site și vizualizează conținutul de pe acesta fără a fi necesară o înregistrare cu nume propriu cu un nume de cont și parolă;

„Client” este orice persoană fizică sau juridică ce acționează în nume propriu sau în calitate de reprezentant legal al unei entități juridice, care navighează pe site și vizualizează conținutul cu sau fără o înregistrare a unui cont și care achiziționează un produs sau mai multe produse de pe site-ul DanielH.ro.

„Tranzacție” – încasare sau rambursare a unei sume rezultată din vânzarea unui produs sau serviciu de către DanielH.ro de la/către „client” prin sistemele de ramburs ale firmelor de curierat, indiferent de modalitatea de livrare.

„Comandă” – O comandă pentru un produs sau mai multe produse cu design predefinit al unor articole de îmbrăcăminte afișate în site;

”Comandă specială” este  comandă pentru un produs sau mai multe produse cu design sugerat sau trimis de către client pentru personalizarea unor articole de îmbrăcăminte. În această categorie sunt incluse și produsele comandate care au mărimi și forme diferite față de ceea ce avem în stoc.

„Newsletter” reprezintă un buletin periodic comunicat de către DanielH.ro utilizatorilor săi care și-au exprimat în mod expres consimțământul pentru a primi astfel de comunicări și care cuprinde știri, informații despre activitățile, proiectele, noutățile, precum și serviciile furnizate de DanielH.ro destinate utilizatorilor săi;

„Prelucrarea Datelor” înseamnă orice operațiune sau set de operațiuni, efectuate asupra datelor cu caracter personal sau asupra seturilor de date cu caracter personal, cu sau fără utilizarea de mijloace automatizate cum ar fi colectarea, înregistrarea, organizarea, structurarea, stocarea, adaptarea sau modificarea, extragerea, consultarea, utilizarea, divulgarea prin transmitere, restricționarea, ștergerea sau distrugerea;

„Secțiune reprezintă” o secțiune de pe site-ul DanielH.ro;

„Site” înseamnă site-ul DanielH.ro

„Servicii” înseamnă serviciile de personalizare precum și orice alte servicii, oferite DanielH.ro

„Vizită” înseamnă orice accesare de către o persoană a site-ului DanielH.ro;

„Spam” înseamnă orice comunicare comercială nesolicitată interzisă de lege atâta timp cât nu există acordul explicit al destinatarului ( utilizatorului ). DanielH.ro nu încurajează spamul și nu va proceda la asemenea comunicări către utilizatorii săi.

  1. Scopul DanielH.US

3.1 Prin site-ul DanielH.ro, dorim să oferim oamenilor posibilitatea de a oferi celor dragi cadouri personalizate din lemn, plachete, blankuri pentru florarii si multe alte produse de artizanat;

3.2 Vrem să-i sprijinim pe cei care au nevoie de o cantitate mare de produse din lemn oferind un pret avantajos;

3.3 Totodată, dacă un client are sau ne sugerează un design care să fie realizat, echipa noastră de design îl va realiza și va fi produs.

  1. Utilizarea site-ului DanielH.US

DanielH.ro este o platformă online ce permite utilizatorilor să devină utilizatori înregistrați ( „Membrii” ). Aceștia au posibilitatea de a vedea și cumpăra diferite produse din lemn, produse de artizanat personalizate ( „Listări” ) prezentate pe site și să facă  comentarii ( „Recenzii” ) pentru produsele afișate.

4.1 Vrem să punem la dispoziție o platformă eficientă, sigură și stabilă, însă DH Pro Atelier SRL nu poate garanta accesibilitatea și disponibilitatea continuă și neîntreruptă a platformei DanielH.ro din cauza naturii instabile a internetului. Pe lângă aceasta, DH Pro Atelier SRL poate restricționa folosirea platformei DanielH.ro, unele zone sau caracteristici ale acesteia dacă este necesar să se efectueze lucrări de întreținere care să asigure funcționarea corectă a platformei. Din când în când, DH Pro Atelier SRL va adăuga unele caracteristici și facilități noi și poate modifica platforma DanielH.ro pentru o funcționare mai bună și o eficiență sau siguranță mai ridicate.

4.2 Utilizatorul poate naviga pe site și va putea vizualiza conținutul acestuia fără a avea obligația de a se înregistra cu un nume de cont și o parolă. Cu toate acestea, utilizatorul va fi direct responsabil pentru toate accesările sau vizitele efectuate pe platformă, indiferent dacă sunt sau nu autorizate de acesta. 

4.3 DH Pro Atelier SRL nu este răspunzător pentru nici un prejudiciu cauzat sau în legătură cu furtul datelor, din cauza incapacității utilizatorului de a lua măsuri rezonabile, divulgarea de către utilizator a datelor furnizate sau autorizarea de către utilizator acordată unei alte persoane de a folosi datele sale.

  1. Cont de utilizator DanielH.US

Pentru crearea unui cont, utilizatorii trebuie să furnizeze anumite date cu caracter personal, respectiv nume, prenume sau pseudonim și adresa de e-mail. Contul poate fi înregistrat și cu contul de Facebook sau Google. Nici o informație cu caracter personal nu va fi vizibilă în site-ul DanielH.ro . Adresa de e-mail de exemplu, nu va fi vizibilă niciodată utilizatorilor site-ului, fie că sunt sau nu înregistrați cu un cont DanielH.ro. Un utilizator nu poate crea conturi multiple și este responsabil pentru furnizarea datelor complete și corecte.

  • Înregistrare cont efectuată direct de dumneavoastră.  Dacă înregistrați un cont pentru o persoană fizică, juridică, societate sau organizație, garantați că o puteți reprezenta și că aveți autoritatea să faceți acest lucru și ne veți acorda toate permisiunile prevăzute în prezenții Termeni și Condiții. Puteți înregistra un cont DanielH.ro folosind o adresă de e-mail și creând o parolă de acces sau cu anumite servicii de rețele sociale terțe cum ar fi Facebook sau Google. Trebuie să înregistrați informații exacte și complete în timpul procesului de înregistrare și să actualizați la zi datele contului dumneavoastră. Prin crearea unui cont sunteți de acord cu prezenții Termeni și Condiții. În acest sens, aveți obligația de a citi prezenții Termeni și Condiții în scopul luării la cunoștință a drepturilor și obligațiilor dumneavoastră.

Dumneavoastră sunteți singurul responsabil pentru păstrarea confidențialității și a securității datelor din contul dumneavoastră și pentru orice modificare desfășurată în cont, cu excepția cazului când acestea nu au fost făcute sau autorizate de dumneavoastră și nu ați acționat neglijent, cum ar fi pierderea datelor pentru Înregistrare or Autentificare în contul DanielH.ro sau nu ați păstrat datele într-un loc sigur.

  1. Ștergerea contului de utilizator

Ștergerea contului de utilizator, a unei unități de cazare sau a unei experiențe listate ori a tuturor datelor personale, este posibilă doar la cerere. Cei înregistrați trebuie să trimită o solicitare administratorului DanielH.ro prin completarea formularului de la pagina Contact  a site-ului DanielH.ro. Cererea dumneavoastră va fi direcționată către echipa IT care va proceda în funcție de tranzacțiile efectuate. În orice caz, DanielH.ro va respecta dreptul la ștergere ( „dreptul de a fi uitat ” ) al persoanelor fizice. Ne puteți solicita să vă ștergem datele dumneavoastră cu caracter personal în cazul în care nu mai avem un alt temei legal pentru prelucrarea lor. DanielH.ro poate permite accesul în platformă și folosirea ei în urma unui proces de verificare pentru îndeplinirea criteriilor specifice de calitate a conținutului publicat spre promovare. Însă verificarea utilizatorilor este dificilă. De aceea nu ne asumăm responsabilitatea pentru confirmarea sigură a unui membru înregistrat.

  1. Politica privind conținutul a site-ului DanielH.US

DanielH.ro își rezervă dreptul de a nu onora vreo comandă care conține tipul de conținut ce încalcă Politica DanielH.ro privind conținutul, Termenii și Condițiile noastre sau Politica de Confidențialitate, fără o notificare anterioară. În cazul încălcărilor grave sau repetitive, contul dumneavoastră DanielH.ro va fi șters definitiv. De aceea, înainte de a solicita anumite proiecte de personalizare, vă rugăm și citiți Politica privind conținutul de mai jos:

6.1 Conținut interzis pe DanielH.ro

Fără o notificare prealabilă, DanielH.ro poate să șteargă orice tip de conținut al membrilor înregistrați dacă DanielH.ro consideră că se încalcă acești Termeni sau oricare alți termeni DanielH.ro. De aceea, vă rugăm ca înainte să cereți sau să sugerați un anumit tip de conținut să citiți prezenții termeni cu privire la ce conținut este interzis pe site-ul DanielH.ro . 

  • DanielH.ro respectă legile privind Protecția Datelor Personale și legile Dreptului de Autor și se așteaptă ca membrii înregistrați să facă la fel. De aceea, nu veți solicita conținut cu: (i) date personale ale unor persoane de la care nu aveți acordul privind folosirea datelor cu caracter personal; informații care încalcă legile privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal sau legile privind drepturile de autor sau de proprietate intelectuală;
  • DanielH.ro prețuiește moralitatea, egalitatea între oameni și viața și se așteaptă ca utilizatorii Platformei să aibă aceeași atitudine. De aceea, nu veți solicita de la Platforma DanielH.ro nici un tip de conținut care: (i) este înșelător, fals sau fraudulos fie direct, fie prin omisiune sau din cauza neactualizării informațiilor; (ii) este obscen, pornografic, vulgar, jignitor sau defăimător; (iii) promovează discriminarea de orice fel, ura, hărțuirea, rasismul, violența, vătămarea împotriva unei persoane sau a unui grup de persoane; (iv) promovează vătămarea sau violența împotriva animalelor; (v) promovează activități sau substanțe ilegale sau dăunătoare; (vi) încalcă Politica DanielH.ro privind conținutul.
  • DanielH.ro nu promovează obiecte sau însemne religioase, de aceea nu veți solicita conținut: (i) care promovează discriminarea religioasă; (ii) care promovează în mod explicit un cult religios sau o organizație religioasă; 
  • DanielH.ro este o Platformă neutră din punct de vedere politic, de aceea nu veți solicita conținut: (i) care promovează un partid politic sau orice tip de organizație politică sau o campanie politică; (ii) care promovează dezbinarea pe criterii politice.

Fără o notificare prealabilă, DanielH.ro poate să șteargă orice tip de conținut care încalcă cel puțin unul din termenii de mai sus. Dacă dumneavoastră credeți că o parte din conținutul publicat în site-ul DanielH.ro vă încalcă unele din drepturile menționat mai sus, vă rugăm să ne anunțați în conformitate cu Termenii și Condițiile DanielH.ro. În cazul încălcărilor grave sau repetitive, contul unui utilizator înregistrat va fi șters definitiv.

6.2 Activități interzise

  • Nu veți folosi în nici un fel conținutul din Platforma DanielH.ro, numele DanielHro, logo-ul DanielH.ro sau alte informații care sunt proprietatea DanielH, fără acordul scris al DH Pro Atelier SRL;
  • Nu veți folosi nici o tehnologie prin care să colectați date sau conținut din Platforma DanielH.ro;
  • Nu veți folosi programe care să dăuneze sau să afecteze negativ performanța sau funcționarea corespunzătoare a Platformei DanielH.ro.

6.3 Ștergere cont utilizator DanielH.ro

  • În cazul în care sunt încălcate cel puțin unul din punctele de mai sus, Termenii și Condițiile DanielH.ro sau oricare din Politicile DanielH.ro, fără vreo notificarea prealabilă DanielH.ro poate opri accesul unui utilizator la Platformă, poate suspenda sau șterge contul unui membru înregistrat.
  • Această acțiune este necesară pentru a-i proteja pe membrii înregistrați și utilizatorii Platformei DanielH.ro de bună credință.         

    7.Comenzi făcute prin Platformei DanielH    .US

Clauzele prevăzute în acest capitol privesc doar relațiile contractuale prin intermediul încheierii unui contract la distanță. Termenul „plată” folosit aici reprezintă suma plătită pentru a acoperi valoarea produsului/produselor achiziționate.

Nici o comandă nu poate fi plătită direct în site prin card bancar sau alte forme de plăți electronice. Toate comenzile pot fi achitate doar prin Ramburs la primirea coletului prin curier sau transfer bancar. 

7.1 Eligibilitate

Pentru a accesa și utiliza Platforma DanielH.ro sau pentru a vă înregistra un cont de membru DanielH.ro, trebuie să fiți o persoană fizică de cel puțin 18 ani, o societate, organizație sau o altă persoană juridică înregistrată în conformitate cu legile țării în care sunteți înregistrat și să puteți încheia contracte cu caracter legal.

7.1 Telephone commands

The Customer or Member cannot place firm orders by telephone. Requests or questions about orders can be made, but they will only be firm after completing the order form, which also includes billing information.

7.2 After choosing the desired product(s) and selecting the attributes for them (size, color and quantity), press the "Add to Cart" button. The Cart section is located in the upper right corner and can be viewed throughout the navigation. If you change your mind about purchasing a product, you can delete it from the Cart.

The order is completed by filling in the personal data in the marked fields;

7.3 There is no minimum order requirement and we offer free shipping on orders of at least 3 products. The order will only be considered firm after confirmation by phone or email;

7.4 All orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 AM will be processed on the same day. After placing the order, you will be called by an operator who will ask you to confirm the order. If the order is placed after 12:00 AM on a business day, the order will be processed on the next business day. For orders placed on weekends, (Friday 10 AM – Sunday) processing will be done on Monday morning when you will be called for confirmation.

7.5 The ordered products will be delivered to the courier only after receiving your order confirmation by phone, SMS, Whatsapp or e-mail at 0749 525 450 or our e-mail address – contact@danielh.ro

7.6 We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the possibility of ordering a product that is out of stock. However, we will make every effort to notify you of the unavailability of an ordered product as soon as possible (by phone call, text message or email).

7.7 DanielH.ro will include in the package sent to the customer all the necessary documents confirming the purchase of the product/products by the customer.

7.8 The customer will be informed of the status of the order or distance contract.

7.9 If the volume of orders exceeds our processing capacity for one day, they will be processed the following day.

7.10 Special orders will have separate terms and conditions. The fulfillment and delivery of special orders will depend on the complexity and size of the order.

  1. Product Delivery – the method of delivery of the ordered product/products that the customer benefits from is through a fast courier company.

8.1 From the moment of confirmation of the order placed on the site, the order will reach you within two to three business days.

Our company uses courier services provided by various companies to deliver orders;

8.2 We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the supplier or courier. Also, damage, destruction or loss occurring during transport to the recipient is the responsibility of the carrier.

8.3 Delivery will be made by express courier service. The order will reach you within the delivery time indicated on the product page at the time of placing the order. The delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive a confirmation of the registration and acceptance of the order for products in stock. The delivery time is an estimated one, so it may change due to the load of the destination routes, the large volume of deliveries. In such situations, DanielH.ro will agree with the customer on another delivery time for placing the order.

8.4 From the moment the order is picked up by the courier, DanielH.ro has no obligation to track the order or to contact the courier to clarify any details regarding the delivery status of the order. However, we are reasonable and can provide practical assistance regarding the delivery status of the package.

  1. Cancel order.

If the product can be delivered after the agreed deadline, DanielH.ro will inform the customer by phone and by e-mail within a maximum of 1 day from the confirmation of the order. During this time, the customer can cancel the order by sending a written request to the e-mail address contact@danielh.ro. If the payment has been made and the customer has canceled the order in writing, the amounts paid will be fully refunded according to the law within a maximum of 10 days from the date of cancellation.

  1. Product Returns and Exchanges

10.1 If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return or exchange it within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. This applies to customized products with a predefined design that is displayed on the site;

10.2 The product can only be returned if it is in the same condition in which we delivered it. It must be unworn and the material or customization must not be damaged;

10.3 If the package brought by the courier is not in good condition and shows clear evidence of severe damage to the integrity of the package and its contents (package torn, opened, punctured, wet, etc.), mentions may be made in the courier's delivery document (called AWB) or a report of findings is drawn up, photographs are taken and receipt and payment for the package is refused;

10.4 Normal problems due to handling of packages that do not affect their contents in any way (dust, dirt on the package, slight bending of the package at the corners) are not considered clear evidence of damage. All complaints made after the package has been delivered by the courier and received are void;

10.5 Products delivered or invoiced incorrectly may be returned. If the invoice shows a different amount than that established by the purchase on the DanielH.ro website in the Shopping Cart, the customer must notify us immediately to resolve the situation. If the customer receives a package with other products than those ordered, he will inform DanielH.ro as soon as possible and will return the package without any financial obligation. The customer has no right to data or products that do not belong to him.

10.6 The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 working days of receiving his product, with the exception of personalized products with the design suggested and sent by the customer, which cannot be returned according to the legal provisions and these Terms and Conditions. In such situations, the costs that may be borne by the consumer are the costs of returning the products, according to OG 130/2000 and the amendments to OUG 34/2014 for individuals who purchase products from websites using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 34/2014 art.16. The return must be made in the original packaging or in other new packaging in which all the documents sent are included and all the products that do not show signs of wear, damage, wear, have not been washed or impregnated with perfume or air fresheners and have all the original labels. Violation of any of the points mentioned above will result in the return being refused.

10.7 Products with a personalized design according to your preference, for example containing names, or other elements that make it difficult or impossible to sell the product, cannot be returned.

10.8 The customer is obliged to notify DanielH.ro of the intention to refuse and return the purchased products in writing via e-mail within 14 working days of receiving the package with the ordered product(s).

10.9 Any product that has manufacturing defects will be replaced with a new one, provided that DanielH.ro is notified within 14 working days of receiving the product. Return/delivery costs will be borne by DanielH.ro. If replacement is not necessary, the purchase price will be fully refunded.

14.1  At the company headquarters

14.2  By Express Courier – non-returnable parcel (when the courier delivers the new product, you must return the one originally ordered).

14.3 The courier fees for exchanging products are 20 lei.

14.4 Customized products with a design suggested or sent by the customer cannot be returned. Being made according to the customer's requirements, they cannot be resold.

14.5 For products on SALE (purchased at a reduced price compared to the normal price), exchanging for a size other than the one purchased may incur additional costs, summing up the difference between the full price of the product and the price paid by the customer if the size desired for exchange is not also on SALE.

14.6 The return or exchange of products must be made within maximum 15 days from the moment of receipt of the order placed on our website. The products must be in the original packaging, have all labels, not be washed and not be damaged in any way. All fees regarding the return of the products, the refund as well as the resending of new products will be borne by the buyer;

16.1 Cash on delivery: The customer will pay the courier agent the value of the order upon receipt of the package.

16.2 Payment by bank transfer – The customer will pay the value of the ordered products to the bank account of DH Pro Atelier SRL after the invoice containing all the account details has been issued and sent.

17.1 As a result of the legislation in force, we have no responsibility in relation to:

  1. a) delivery delays caused by the supplier, courier or for other reasons (providing incorrect delivery data by the customer or failure to confirm the order on time);
  2. b) damage, destruction or loss occurring during transport to the recipient;
  3. c) inconvenience caused by interruption of access to the store due to the internet service provider (ISP)
  4. d) the content or nature of the sites through which a customer reaches the store

17.2 We reserve the right to refuse an order or special order at any time during the ordering process for a number of reasons, including:

  2. b) identifying an error in product information, including price or a promotional offer
  3. c) the special order does not meet the requirements regarding the content to be personalized.

18.1 DANIELH.RO does not request from its Customers, Members or Users through any means of communication (e-mail, telephone, SMS, Whatsapp, etc.) information regarding confidential data, bank accounts or cards, passwords or personal data. As an exception, the Customers are Legal Entities, in the sense of obtaining by DANIELH.RO the account number, respectively the bank of the customer in whose name an order will be invoiced.

18.2 The Customer/Member is solely responsible for the disclosure of his/her personal or confidential data to a third party.

18.3 DanielH.ro disclaims any responsibility in the event that a Member/Client is/are harmed in any way by a third party claiming to be or represent DanielH.ro. In such a situation, the Client or Member shall promptly inform DanielH.ro using the contact details on the site.

18.4 DanielH.ro does not practice or promote SPAM messages. If you receive emails on behalf of DanielH.ro, check the source carefully and do not open them. Do not access the links in them.

18.7 The pursuit of obtaining advantages by using false accounts (containing fictitious, false names or using the identity of other people) is considered an attempt at fraud and will result in the cancellation of the advantages of access to the DanielH.ro website by deleting the account and reporting it to the anti-fraud authorities.
